By accessing or using BeyondBooked, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Services

BeyondBooked provides performance-based patient acquisition services to aesthetic clinics. Service scope and commercial terms are defined in your individual partner agreement.

3. Performance model

You pay only for qualified patients who physically attend their appointment at your clinic, per your partner agreement. Advertising media spend is billed separately and directly by the ad platform.

4. Intellectual property

All content, branding and materials on this site are owned by BeyondBooked and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BeyondBooked is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BeyondBooked is registered.
